Probably one of the best deals experienced for such world class service. Firstly, Yasumi took over selling my house after it had been on the market for a while. So she was starting in a tough situation. And yet, she immediately provided every level of service, from guiding the stager to meticulously estimating the new asking price. Throughout she kept me assured and calm in a tough market with a mix of expertise and humility. We ended up going into contract in a matter of a couple weeks. I would recommend Yasumi to any seller or buyer. I was lucky to have her iny team. And she'll be there again when I sell my next house.
