Amanda went above and beyond to help us find our dream home and become Floridians. She took the time to get to know us and our home wish list. Then when we had to return to our Ohio residence she continued communicating with us and not only found a home that checked all the boxes but helped that dream come true with all the specifics of the move. She was also helpful with anything we needed as we are new to the area. We strongly recommend Amanda to anyone buying or selling.

Alex helped me purchase my first home using the VA loan. He was consistently proactive during the entire process. We explored several homes together until we narrowed the search to a few options. He found us a loan officer that specialized in VA loans and together we formed the dream team! I was impressed by Alex's resourcefulness and quick response times. I felt that Alex always had my best interest at heart and never tried to pressure me into any direction, especially during negotiations. Overall, it was a seamless process, and we were able to close on my home within 45 days! I highly recommend Alex as your realtor. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
