My partner and I worked with Felicia when purchasing our first home in March 2022. As first-time home buyers, we were new to everything, with only window shopping under our belts. Felicia was an amazing partner to have for this huge decision. She did an incredible job walking us through the home buying process, getting us excited but also keeping us realistic about our expectations. With her help, we were able to go from finding an amazing off-market 3 bed/2 bath detached home in Oakland for less than $1M (which is unheard of in our neighborhood). In just 2 weeks, we went from viewing to an accepted offer. If you're on the fence about who to work with, look no further; Felicia makes time for her clients, is refreshingly transparent, makes this "stressful for most" process easy to navigate, and, above all, FUN! She is professional, enthusiastic, encouraging, and truly enables you to make decisions that are in your best interest. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with her as we make improvements to our new home, and when we're in the market to find a new home down the line.

Victoria led us through the entire process of selling our beloved El Cerrito home. Having never sold a home before my sisters and I had lots of questions. She always addressed our concerns in a timely manner.

He is very professional and honest I have been working with him for years, so he have been doing a good job with my investment.
