We recently sold our home in Walnut Creek, and were so glad that we chose Greg Souza to be one of our realtors. The experience of working with Greg was wonderful. He went above and beyond the call of duty multiple times to get our home ready to be put on the market. In addition, he was always available, via text or phone, to address our concerns or answer our questions. His knowledge of the market conditions when we sold our home was spot-on, which led us to follow his recommendations and resulted in a quick sale and a selling price that was way over our asking price. Greg and his co-realtor, Lauren Holloway, knew exactly how to market our home and put together a beautiful brochure that undoubtedly played a major part in the sale. Where to start lol.. as a person who has never had to deal with selling a house nor what to expect…I truly believe Mr.Garner was God sent. Mr. Garner was professional, patient, knowledgeable and handled everything from A-Z in a timely manner. He kept me informed, walked me through the process (even though he was out of the country) and was a man of his word. I would definitely use Mr. Willie Garner again as my agent.
