Unhei was very knowledgeable about the local market and gave great advice to this first time homebuyer

Unhei was a stellar agent in every respect. We began our search remotely and she helped us understand the state of the market and the nuances of the area's many neighborhoods. She also thoroughly reviewed disclosure packets for two properties we seriously considered, distilling the most essential points from documents that can feel overwhelming. She continued this exemplary work after we arrived in the area and seriously considered eight more houses, ultimately helping us secure our new home on our first bid. During escrow she communicated promptly with us and the seller's agent and helped us stay in front of the things we needed to know and do. Throughout, she was level-headed, upbeat, and genuinely invested in our goals. We'd recommend Unhei to anyone.

We felt so fortunate to find Unhei, through a wonderful service called My Broker Donates. Unhei did a phenomenal job in getting our place ready for sale. She guided us through every step of the process, making it MUCH easier than I ever anticipated. She was very responsive, always getting back to us right away. We really appreciated her warmth and personal touch, which eased our stress tremendously. She worked within our time parameters, as we were leaving our jobs and moving cross country, which felt daunting to us. Unhei was ALWAYS reassuring! She was conscientious about making sure that she had our okay with anything that she recommended. She also set realistic expectations about the price for our home. In navigating the multiple offers we received over the asking price, Unhei helped us to understand why the highest offer was not necessarily the best one. Ultimately, we chose the right buyer for our home, and got the best price possible as well. Overall we could not have been happier with our experience. We would HIGHLY recommend Unhei. You will enjoy working with her! De and Mark : )
