As first-time buyers, we appreciated that Cathy took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us get up to speed on various aspects of the home-buying process in detail(i.e. what are disclosure packets, how do offer sheets work, what are contingencies? , other tips when considering a home etc.). She consistently rises above the call of duty by reviewing inspection reports and other disclosure related materials, pointing things out things to be most attentive of and coordinating with the selling agents/inspectors/other professionals in order to get answers to important questions rising from the review of these materials Cathy also provides wonderful interior/exterior design ideas and inspiration during home showings. She is a pleasure to work with and is a great resource. She really helped make our home search enjoyable and well informed

Ken did a flat out AMAZING job for me! I have a property that just closed in Union City, CA. He got me more than asking price, and supported me in every step of the process during the pandemic. He was so kind. For example, he had me work with his stager, Lucilene English, who advised me carefully what to use of my own things, and helped me purchase a few inexpensive things for staging. She helped me place things by communicating remotely. He also works with others who made the experience compassionate. Ken assured me that there would be a buyer that liked my house and swimming pool as is, and collected information from me about improvements I had already made. He set out getting tours of my home by potential buyers who would be more likely to want what I already had without making a lot of expensive changes. He was so right. I can't say strongly enough how much I hope that others seeing this review will consider giving their business to Ken.
