Jamie was not only wonderful to work with but also extremely knowledgeable in her craft. We were so pleased with her attentiveness and efficiency to help with our needs. As first time homebuyers, we were really blind on what to expect, with everything. Jamie made the process of purchasing our first home so smooth. She was very quick with answering any questions we had on properties, paperwork and even is helpful with information concerning remodeling. She really did an outstanding job with working with and for us in getting that final purchase. To understand my review you need to understand my background. I have been a real state agent, loan agent, and savvy financial investor and adviser through most of my life. Thus I know with detail how the industry works and because of that my standards are very high. Mr. Nolasco has not disappointed in any way, shape, and/or form. On the contrary he has surpassed by leaps and bounds my expectations. He is the type of person that will tell it to you straight and give you all of your options and will work towards what you desire. Obviously, he is in the business to make his commission but unlike many other agents he will earn it by taking care and consideration of his buyers needs and not his own. Honesty, integrity, punctuality, listening, follow-up, representation, communication skills, detail-oriented, empathy, motivation, knowledge, problem solving, calm under pressure, network, experience, proactive, negotiation skills, team player, patience, people skills, and persistence are some of the many skills he possesses. He has many amazing characteristics and I can go on and on and mention many more of them but unfortunately, there is a limit as to how much I can write and this is not a school project where I need to write many pages. You have to believe me when I state I have experienced and tested many of these skills to the limit with him and he has always delivered.
