Buying our current house with the help of Mike has been a great experience. We were looking for someone who is more like a team member, not a salesperson trying to push you through a sale. Mike took time to understood our requirements, both stated and unstated. He came out with lots of ideas and patiently showed us so many houses. He was not in a hurry for us to buy a house. He knew it takes time to find a place that meets most of the criteria on a couple's list. Finally, we settled on a brand new house in a brand new community. The brand new houses come with additional clauses in the contract. Mike took the time to analyze every clause in the agreement and explain it to us. He made sure we were covered as buyers on every front. He helped us understand the mortgage application process, negotiate with the builder on the price and HOA front. We were able to negotiate a good deal and settle in the house of our dreams. We are deeply grateful that Mike was on our team for the home buying process, which otherwise can be stressful.
