Very professional, on time, provided attention to details, great communication skills. and was always following up and keeping me informed on everything.

I met Karron Martin when I became the Administrator for my cousin's estate. I live in Henderson Nevada and my cousin's house was in Oakland, California. Karron explained the California real estate sale probate process very clearly. Karron told me the price that the property would probably sell for in an "as is" condition. My cousin's house needed some repair and cosmetic remodeling before I wanted to put it on the market. Karron fully supported me in my cosmetic remodeling efforts. I had a number of delays before I could put the house on the market. Karron was very understanding about the delays and postponed the "on market" date several times. I ended up selling the house for $68,500 more than the "as is" price. Karron is very detail oriented and updated me in a timely manner regarding market conditions. I was very pleased with Karron's professionalism in aiding me with the sale of my cousin's house! For a positive house selling experience, I enthusiastically recommend Karron Martin to everyone!
