She knows the tri-valley area like the back of her palm and has deep relationships with other agents - which helped us a ton at a time when our loan officer couldn't help manage the close of escrow on time. Tess' help ranged from understanding & guiding our search criteria, pre-market finds, honest take on comparable prices, above & beyond research on homes we were interested in, setting up 5 different inspections in 96 hours of our offer, and expert tips on how to write a winning (but not an exorbitant offer). She took us on as a client while she was in London, and would often accommodate us, expecting parents, by talking very late into her nights. Can one ask for more? With Tess, you likely can.
