We can’t speak highly enough of our amazing experience with Valerie Vicente to sell our home in San Ramon. We know that selling a house is a very stressful process. Valerie’s very calm and thorough knowledge of the market, strong integrity & negotiation skills is a breath of fresh air. Before choosing a real estate agent, we selected and talked to more than 3 realtors recommended by friends and family. We conducted a lot of initial research. Valerie stood out - not just because of her amazing track record but we also saw calm & integrity. We first met Valerie at our home a few weeks before Thanksgiving. She spent hours answering our questions and presented how she will help us sell our home. She recommended to put our home on the market after the holidays to get many offers. We can also start to get ready while we enjoy the holidays. She left our house without offering to sign any contract or formal commitment. This impressed us because there’s no formal commitment for us to even use her later - we could have easily picked a different realtor during that time. This gave us a good initial impression that she value building relationships. When our home finally went on the market after the holidays, our house went under contract within a week with multiple offers! The experience was so smooth working with Valerie. Through the entire process, Valerie became a trusted advisor to us. During this time, Valerie is also helping us buy our new home at Blackhawk. We are so glad we have her helping us with this process as well - she helped us find an amazing home within our price range. I've already recommended Valerie to family members and friends. Sherry is the best agent I’ve encountered. She labored with us for over a year to find the perfect home, was incredibly professional, maintained our best interest and was a joy to work with. More than all that was how kind she was to our kiddos. Having a 6 and 3 year old makes it hard to always remember/be able to look at every detail closely. Sherry was kind enough to entertain, laugh with, and talk to our kids and make them feel like they were part of the process and just as important. Customer service was obviously impeccable, but in a world of over-processed, over digitized experiences, Sherry is absolutely perfect balance of leveraging technology to make the process easier while keeping the personal touch and human interaction alive and well.
