I used Dorothy to help me sell a rental house I own. I live out of town and Dorothy came highly recommended from a friend. I am so glad that I got in touch with her. I could not have sold this house without her. The house was a fixer upper and had many issues. Dorothy was able to find multiple buyers and negotiate a very reasonable price that I was very pleased with, especially considering the maintenance issues. She also saw to it that everything when smoothly. On many occasions I would respond to an email from her at 10:30 at night and amazingly she would respond right away. She even reached out to me while she was on a family vacation. Dorothy is very professional, hardworking and a dedicated realtor. I recommend her for everyone. Thank You Dorothy.
