It was such a pleasure to work with Maggie on this purchase. We were located in San Diego and buying a property in the Bay Area. Therefore, communication and planning was critical to ensure Maggie knew what we were looking for and accordingly she could plan for open house visits. She was incredibly patient with us and has expertise in the East Bay neighborhoods. Working with her was easy because she is tech-savvy, organized, and explained all processes, documents, and timelines involved in the home buying process. She was very vigilant in contract agreements, inspections, and closing details. Maggie always took or returned calls/emails and answered every question we had throughout the process. I would highly recommend Maggie as an agent for anyone.
