I recently purchased my first home with Jaime and I strongly recommend him. He was consistently very knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and was an advocate for his client all while being flexible with his schedule and time (e.g., weekends / evenings). I had worked with four other realtors at different degrees and none met the same qualities that Jaime has. Jaime was also very accommodating with his time early on in my home search when I was transparent that I did not have a pre-approval yet and I never felt that I was not a priority to him. When it came to the house I ended up buying, Jaime did a tremendous job of guiding me through the process while ensuring that I was satisfied and assured throughout. There was a leak we found after we had opened escrow and were moving towards close and Jaime worked with the sellers to ensure that everything was restored to my satisfaction. Joseph Tanos was always available whenever we needed to see or talk to him. He was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process of selling our home and followed up with us and the buyers' agent whenever warranted. He worked diligently with the buyers' realtor to help us address additional closing cost issues due to the rent back situation we had. He went the extra mile to relieve us of some burdens as we were trying to close our escrow on time.
