She is not only fun, she is professional, and knows what she is doing. I was able to get into my home walking into $60k of equity, under list price with seller credits. Unheard of in this market. This review has been too long in the making. I've been trying to think of the words that can adequately convey the level of excellence, value and support that Yasumi and team decided to me as a seller. And all of this was down at a discount! Probably one of the best deals experienced for such world class service. Firstly, Yasumi took over selling my house after it had been on the market for a while. So she was starting in a tough situation. And yet, she immediately provided every level of service, from guiding the stager to meticulously estimating the new asking price. Throughout she kept me assured and calm in a tough market with a mix of expertise and humility. We ended up going into contract in a matter of a couple weeks. I would recommend Yasumi to any seller or buyer. I was lucky to have her iny team. And she'll be there again when I sell my next house.
