Neddy is an exceptional realtor, who made the entire process stress-free. Neddy’s personality is best described as kind, professional, and confident. Neddy was highly recommended to me by a family member. And after my experience, I’d highly recommend her too. I was looking at buying a home in this neighborhood prior to contacting Neddy. Not only was her knowledge of the area excellent but also her ability to break down the complexities of the home markets. Especially for a first time buyer. When it came time to make an offer, I was confident that there was a clear strategy. She made negotiations with the seller simple and moved forward with the process. I was swamped with work during this whole process and never once felt uninformed. She also handed all the last minute challenges before I could even begin to worry.
