We are honored to do this review for Fareed Tawasha. How we met Fareed & his associate was pure luck. While my husband and I were looking for kitchen remodel ideas Fareed was looking for items on a home he was flipping. We asked Fareed if he could advise us on what people were looking for in kitchen remodels, as we were thinking about getting our home ready to sell within the next couple years. He not only helped us pick out product, color combos plus set up ideas he got us in contact with a contractor and came to our home giving us suggestions on how to prepare our home for selling. Then Covid happened and things changed. Fareed waited patiently for us to decide on the move (which took 2 years) no pressure from him and continuing to keep us informed on the market. When our decision was finally made and we found our last home Fareed went to work in high gear helping us to sell our home in a short time. He is dedicated to his clients working hard and showing the client(s) so many possibilities for selling or buying a home. He is loyal, knowledgeable, honest and is a well informed realtor. Fareed is someone we will turn to for advice on selling or purchasing help again in the future. We are honored to recommend Fareed to friends and family as their realtor for their future reality goals.
