She provides ample information/education, but is never pushy and allows you to make decisions for yourself. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was so patient with us. We would spend over an hour walking through a house with her, but she never rushed us. Heba works hard! She responded to everything quickly and would get appointments set up efficiently. She goes above and beyond and we are so thankful for all of her assistance! We absolutely love our new home and we're so glad we got to work with her to accomplish this goal!
