I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have worked with Dave in the purchase of my first home! From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, taking the time to walk me through each step of the process and making sure I fully understood what was happening. As a first-time homebuyer, I had so many questions, but he always provided clear, thorough answers and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire journey. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is not only incredibly professional but also genuinely caring and patient, I highly recommend Dave. He truly made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable, and I’m so happy to have had him by my side as I purchased my first home!

We are first time home buyers and thanks a lot Rajeev for all your efforts. Rajeev was thorough and patient during our home search process. Showed us multiple home during the crazy pandemic times. He understands his client's needs and requirements pretty well and shows the listing according to it. He was never too pushy on any home which gave us a wide room to patiently find the best. He is extremely professional and thorough person when it comes to real estate market. Even after our offer was accepted, he and his excellent team made sure that all the paper work was accurate and on time. He is extremely approachable and replies to calls and texts immediately for any queries. We strongly recommend Rajeev and his team as a real estate agent for home search. Once again, thank you so much Rajeev !!!

Mallik is a fantastic real estate agent. He went above and beyond to get us a really high price when we sold our townhome. Here are some highlights - He is very motivated and proactive. Sensing that the market had reached a new high, he reached out to us by himself and worked with us to stage, list and get the home sold in just 2 weeks. And we are so glad we did that - since the market cooled off a few weeks after that. He is extremely responsive and will get back to you multiple times a day. Even when he had a tragic personal loss, he still called us on the same day to make sure the closing went smoothly. He has a great sense of the market and having both sellers and buyers as clients, will give you very clear advice about the market and price point you can expect. Does a great job marketing your property and making sure it reaches a wide audience. One advice - make sure to go over every small detail right at the start e.g. what inspections are needed, if paint and other things need to be changed and how would be paying for them. That way, there would be no surprises for him or you.
