We selected Carol Zhang mostly because our community members suggested her. We also did our research too. After we are done with selling our house, I can confirm that our experience is great! We just sold our first house and didn't know many things about that process. Fortunately Carol explain everything. She was knowlegable about market conditions, helped to fill the forms, etc. She monitored the Title Company and helped us to communicate when we were unable to reach somebody.
