If she was not available for calls, she was very attentive through text messages. - She was strategic in setting and managing expectations. - She was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. She treated the situation as if she were purchasing the property. - During the processes of the search, bidding, escrow, moving in, and after moving into the home, Yvette was attentive and checked in on us to ensure we were comfortable. My family and I highly recommend Yvette Teng and her exceptional team. Home buying is stressful, but Yvette maintained a calm and confident mindset and kept our anxieties low. Her promptness, positive energy, and knowledge of the market are why we will not hesitate to call Yvette when we are looking to buy again.

This was our first home purchase and Carl made the entire process seem easy. He was there to explain what things meant and point out things we might not have seen otherwise. He always had our best interest in mind and was always available for questions and concerns both before and after the purchase.
