Our first impression was that Chloe came extremely well prepared to sell. After touring the property, Chloe went over her sales strategy with us and had come prepared with MLS printouts of numerous comparable homes for sale in our area to help us evaluate the home's true market value. Our home buying journey started around July-2021 with a passive look out and thats when we met Chloe for the first time and as usual , first experience lasts long. Knowing that we are not even active in the market, she continued working with us exactly the same way as an active buyer by providing a lot of information, showing homes to give us the experience and understanding of market. Chloe is amazing! She's a superwoman! We bought a house in early 2022 which is one of the most challenging times in the real estate market and it would not have been possible without Chloe. She keeps up with the swiftly changing market and is very quick to react in time sensitive situations. That was the key to us securing the winning offer on our house.
