Kim has been amazing every step of the way. She helped us buy our current home and sell this one!

Our experience with Kim is just not with selling our home but so much more. She will go above and beyond with follow ups etc. she has an amazing team starting from staging to finally selling. After every open house without even follow ups she sends a summary of the weekend open house that includes how many visited and how many were agents etc. It’s that precise. And most important of all she is a very good person that empathizes with our situation. We have a toddler and I know how much she always kept that point in consideration to suggest anything including mid week showing. Thank you kim for making our first home selling an amazing experience.

Selling our home remotely felt overwhelming at first, but from the moment we hired Kim Deol, every worry disappeared. She treated our home as if it were her own and managed every single detail with incredible care and dedication. From coordinating the painting, new flooring, and kitchen cabinet refinishing to overseeing every upgrade and every contractor, she handled it all flawlessly while keeping us informed every step of the way. The moment we returned to see the house, we were in complete shock. We literally didn't recognize it. It looked like a brand-new home. The transformation was breathtaking, and all we could say was, "Why didn't we do this while we were living here?" Kim's vision and attention to detail completely changed the look and feel of our home. Living out of AREA could have made this process stressful, but Kim's communication was outstanding. She was always available, responded quickly to every call and text, and kept us updated on every decision. We never once felt disconnected because she made us feel present throughout the entire process. What impressed us the most was her incredible knowledge of the Dublin market and her outstanding negotiation skills. She knew exactly how to position our home, marketed it beautifully, and negotiated with confidence to secure the best possible price. Her experience, professionalism, and commitment truly made all the difference. Kim didn't just sell our home—she transformed it, protected our interests, and exceeded every expectation we had. We are forever grateful for everything she did for our family. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares, works tirelessly, and delivers exceptional results, there is no one better than Kim Deol. Thank you, Kim, for making this such an amazing experience. You are simply the best Realtor in Dublin!
