Amir is a realtor who sincerely cares for his clients. From day 1 of meeting us he stepped into our shoes and understood all our requirements very well and helped us eventually buy the right house. Enroute he stopped us from making rash decisions and looking back I cannot thank Amir enough. Some realtors push you and stretch you to buy more than you can afford - Amir is not one of those. He is polite in negotiations and plays by the rules and still finds the edge were possible. He is good at assessing the condition and value, throughly reviewers disclosures and summarized the key issues for each property we liked. I was glad to have Amir representing in our purchase.

Shonn had help me find 2 homes, my first home was in Pittsburg in 2005, my 2nd home he help me find 2019 is in Rio Vista my retirement home, I am so happy here in Rio Vista I would never through about moving to Rio Vista if it wasn't for Shonn. Also the paper work WOW so much but he was right there went I had question anytime of the day, the patience he had went I will ask the same question sometime he took his time to explain to me were I was able to understand.
