We have worked with Mary Ellen on both buying and selling our home. She has the utmost professionalism and brings an unmatched sense of ownership. As first time home owners, the process was a bit overwhelming for us but she was there with us throughout, guiding us through the process, educating us about various aspects such as inspections, contingencies, title, escrow etc. Even during wild market times, Mary Ellen remains honest and realistic when it comes to property values, so that owners don’t get carried away. When it comes to execution, she doesn’t leave out any little detail. Everything matters. We practically didn’t have to do anything. She brought the crews, chased them, and was present to make sure everything was done perfectly. She even rolled up her own sleeves when & where needed. From watering the lawn to painting a side gate, to organizing junk to be hauled, she took care of it all as if it were her own property. Needless to say, we loved working with Mary Ellen. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, first time or otherwise. You’ll have a truly reliable partner on your side!
