Bob Baptiste helped sell a home in Castro Valley for me in two months amid Covid pandemic of 2020. He commanded a team of industry professionals to refresh the house from a 10-year rental state to beautifully move-in ready in one week, and, from listing to sale contract it took 3 days with 4 offers. A person of integrity Bob does what he says. Practical. Down to earth. No suprises; no over-promises nor under-delivers. In fact, we enjoyed a "mutli-offer asset" of an above-asking price offer. His team of support staff is competent, hardworking, dedicated and sincere, always punctual and ever so responsive! Bob has the most fantastically positive and invincible spirits. A joy to work with!

David is very personable. Excellent knowledge of the market. A great negotiator that you want to have representing you! Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
