June is a phenomenal real estate agent. Not only she is pleasant to work with, she knows her stuff, she is on top of things, she is super pro-active, and will always go the extra mile for her client. Even when she doesn't know or is not so sure about something, she will go explore/research and find the information for you. From houses selection, to tours scheduling, offer process, negotiations, and escrow, she is with you at every step of the way and she keeps you informed. She tells you what you need to do and by when. Buying a home is stressful . . . not with June!

We bought a home in Mountain House with Anil and it has been an awesome experience. We have been working with Anil for over a year to find our dream home and every interaction has been very nice. He was very easy to reach and answer any of our questions quickly. Market was changing rapidly during the last one year and he never pushed us to make a decision in haste considering we were a bit unsure if and when to buy the home. We paid less than the list price and now inventory levels have dipped a lot after our purchase and new buyers are paying much higher than the list price.
