Late 2025 we decided to relocate from NOVA to Sonoma county and enlisted the help of Jeff Catomer. With the priceless help of Jeff, we generated a short list and visited early March for a week. Jeff patiently guided us through about 2 dozen properties, resulting in a couple of offers. Unfortunately, we lost out in bidding wars.
