Mr. Madamba's keen real estate knowledge was evident throughout the entire process of assisting me, as Trustee, and my family with the trust sale of our parents home. Because of his experience in trust and probate real estate sales, he guided me through a myriad of San Francisco’s disclosure policies that were cumbersome. He provided statistical data about current market sales and reasonable expectations of real estate prices in the San Francisco Outer Sunset neighborhoods. In addition, he advised us to stage the house due to the competitive market conditions in the Sunset area. Although we were reluctant to stage the house due to our concerns about staging cost, he was able to secure a staging company for a relatively low price.
