From the get-go Monica hit the ground running and always impressed us with her initiative and “get it done” attitude. Even when I was being ridiculous and wanted to look at half dilapidated homes as potential fixers she didn’t delay, and went out with us each time just so I could get the “what if” out of my system. She’s been way more than just a realtor; she really has been our advocate, counselor, and cheerleader through the whole process and picked us up each time we were ready to give up. We plan to stay put for a long while but if we are ever in the market again I will 100% ask Monica to be our realtor again!

Daniel is nothing short of AMAZING and EXCELLENT! He is very patient and knowledgeable. He always has the answers to our questions and if he is not sure he gets you the answers ASAP. He know what he is doing and more than anything enjoys what he does. He will definitely take care of you! This is our second home and second time having Daniel help us and guide us to find the perfect home. He fought for us and made sure our voices her heard when competing in this crazy market.
