We feel extremely fortunate to have had Debbie as our realtor/project manager. We can't say enough good things about her. We give her our highest endorsement and recommend her unconditionally. Debbie is extremely knowledgeable and gets the job done in a very professional manner. For our initial meeting, substantial time was allotted in order to ascertain our reason for selling and what we desired to do with our home. She explained in detail some possible options and then when we decided to sell, she described the process of renovating a home and outlined the tasks that needed to be completed. Debbie exhibits a great amount of compassion and care for her clients. Debbie really listens to their concerns and offers possible solutions. She has a large network of contractors, designers, engineers, etc. that all worked together to transform the house and get it ready to go on the market. Debbie’s office team was very professional, courteous, and extremely helpful through the entire process. They all were a pleasure to work with! Our home in San Carlos required a major whole house renovation. At the end of the renovation, everything came together superbly - the staging, the websites, the brochure and the photography. The house was unrecognizable – we never imagined that this house would come out so stunningly beautiful!! Debbie really knows her real estate and knew exactly what the initial listing price should be in order to obtain the best price. She was “spot on” with her projection as we acquired a considerable amount above the asking price. The sale of the house and escrow closing procedures went very smoothly and timely. We could not be happier with the end results. We also could not be happier by working with Debbie --- she is “Simply the Best.” Thank you Debbie (and your team) !!!

I was able to close on my condo in 2 weeks, from my first view of the place to close. I was felt that Laura was looking out for my best interest, and responded to my many questions in a very timely manner. My purchase was unique, buying into a Tenants in Common (TIC), which was confusing at times. However, Laura made sure we had all the necessary information and spoke with all the right people before making the decision to move forward with the purchase. Great experience!
