Our home in San Carlos required a major whole house renovation. At the end of the renovation, everything came together superbly - the staging, the websites, the brochure and the photography. The house was unrecognizable – we never imagined that this house would come out so stunningly beautiful!! I would enthusiastically recommend Tyron as an agent for anyone looking to sell their home in SF. He has very deep knowledge of the area and understands how the SF real estate market is unique. He was great at explaining everything as it was our first time selling a home and we had a ton of questions. He was helpful in identifying some minor improvements to the house and working with the staging company. On top of that, he had his own group of various contractors that he had worked with before and all of their prices were very reasonable. He also did most of the quoting and managing of them to get the work done. This was especially helpful since we weren't living there any longer so stopping by to meet with them all, let them in etc would have been very inconvenient.
