We hired Brian and his team to list my moms house. He came in with so much professionalism and tended to the emotions she had around selling the house she lived in for 30 years. Lots had to be done to get it ready- painting, tiling, updating fixtures, etc.- Brian and Daniela went above and beyond the make the home look exceptional and communicated with us regularly on status of the work and where we were with timing.
