Connie and Sherri helped sell my Dad’s house in the worst market we’ve seen in decades! Their experience in selling and knowledge of real estate proved its worth with this sale. This was my 6th time working with Connie and first with Sherri and I couldn’t have asked for more. This time was more difficult , as we now live 2 hours from the East Bay. They did everything from meeting with vendors, arranging work on the house, hosting open houses and even hauling away hundreds of books to local libraries and charities, after the sale. I appreciated their patience, their candor and their willingness to keep pushing through the market during the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

Mayya is a true professional, knowledgeable agent. She helped me to sell my home and buy another one. This is usually a really long process, but not if Mayya is your agent. She knows her job very well. Just a little example: we were looking to the house in Antioch. Everybody liked it, we were ready to buy. But Mayya did some research, and found that there are some dangerous pipes arelocated next to the house, and said that it is better to look for another place. It means that she takes her job very seriously, and clients feel safe to buy properties with her help

So my father recently passed away, and left no paperwork at all regarding the administration of his property he left behind. Furthermore, I, the sole heir of the property, reside on the opposite end of California, nowhere near the property. Not only did I have to deal with my father's funeral arrangements and navigate through the unfamiliar and lengthy county court probate process, but I also had to now prepare to put the property up for sale, and deal with everything that comes with that (clearing out belongings, repairing, upgrading, staging, advertising, etc.). And I was unable to travel back and forth as much as I needed to. A very stressful and overwhelming time for me indeed. Marc Romer and his team handled everything for me...I mean EVERYTHING. They took the ball and ran with it...quickly and efficiently, making the property as marketable as possible, providing me with much needed insight and guidance, and ensuring I got top dollar for the property. Marc and his team are good, and they are fair. I felt at home with Marc, and extremely comfortable dealing with him and his team every step of the way. I lost my father, and now I was losing the home my folks raised me in. But Marc made the entire process, which was bittersweet for me, quite pleasurable. I don't feel like I got the short end of the stick on anything either; I actually feel I lucked out and was extremely fortunate to find Marc to help me out with everything.
