If you are in bay area and thinking of buying a home. Let me tell you, it's no joke. Whatever you know about the real estate, forget it because bay area is a beast on its own. In such a difficult market you need someone who will help you and guide throughout the process. For me that north star was Guillean. It took me tiring 2.5 years to find my home. Guillean kept in contact with for all the 2.5 years, invested every step of the way. Showing me numerous places, Always accommodating, never pressuring me to settle and with a positive attitude. My closing was no less of a feat but she was with me , fighting for me every step of the way. Even after i moved in, she continued answering my questions. It's not one transaction or one house for her. It's building relationships for life. Highly recommend her for your housing needs!

Mishelle showed us a house for sale on Burgas about 2 years ago. She didn’t forget about us - instead she worked hard to hone in on the area, style and price we wanted. Once we found the home we wanted, she and her team helped us get our house ready to sell. It sold in 2 days!! Thank you, Mishelle, Paul and Carol!

Very professional and definitely the best agent you can hire. She has sold several homes for me and I will choose her again to represent me in the future. Extensive knowledge of the local market.
