To begin with, within hours of agreeing to help me, she sent several examples of homes so she could get an idea of what I wanted. Within a week, she took me on a tour of different areas to give me a perspective of what I was looking for. She gave me great advice on neighborhoods, houses and what to look out for. She was more concerned that I find the right "area," rather than the right house. She even took time during her weekend off to make sure my final offer was accepted, pulling over to the side of the road to take a picture of the signed documents!!
