So I have known Arvin for quite some time as I was his high school basketball coach. He has always been a hard worker, but the way he worked to make this deal happen blew me away. My situation was not the normal family wanting to sell a house. I had a tenant and they were being very difficult, and my property manager was absolutely no help. He was able to work with my tenant and help relocate them while preparing my house to be sold. Once the tenant was out Arvin had my house sold in TWO DAYS!!! but the best part was he sold it for 25k OVER ASKING!!! I was blown away. I could not believe that we actually were able to sell the house or that we got so much over the asking price. He over delivered on EVERYTHING!!! his staff was top notch and he was always accessible to me and my family when we had questions. I never felt like I was in the dark or that he was holding things back from me. When I go to buy my next house I will definitely be using Arvin as my agent. His knowledge, perseverance, and genuine care are what made this transaction happen so seamlessly. Michelle was a joy to work with for selling my fathers house. From the get go I could tell she was a knowledgable agent. She gave us a recommendation based on comps in the area and her own experience. We ended up selling the house for exactly that price. I mean we got a full price offer when we priced the house at her recommended value. As a further note my father doesn't own a computer and Michelle was more than accommodating to his needs for her to come to his home and have him physically sign papers. She was easy to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions via text or email when I didn't actually call her on the phone.
