Michelle was a joy to work with for selling my fathers house. From the get go I could tell she was a knowledgable agent. She gave us a recommendation based on comps in the area and her own experience. We ended up selling the house for exactly that price. I mean we got a full price offer when we priced the house at her recommended value. As a further note my father doesn't own a computer and Michelle was more than accommodating to his needs for her to come to his home and have him physically sign papers. She was easy to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions via text or email when I didn't actually call her on the phone.
