Arturo is great to work with! He tells you what you need to look for when purchasing your first home. He assisted in any way he could and answered any and all questions we had day or night. He definitely went above and beyond for us! He cared about what my needs were and found what we I was looking for in a few short weeks. He definitely made purchasing a home a much smoother process than we expected! We will definitely be recommending him to all our friends and family!

It's difficult to put into words how amazing our experience has been with Jessica. We not only live outside or Portland, we live outside of the US and her dedication and professionalism is unmatched. In addition to project managing repairs that were required to even put the house on the market, we got near full price offer within 60 days. But then a huge ice storm ripped through Portland and cause $70k worth of flood damage. Jessica also project managed the repairs and coordinated contractors, insurance, realtors, HOA and others. She saved us at least $30k with her diligent negotiating and oversight. Any other realtor would have bolted (in fact one gave up after 30 days). And to top it all off, she managed to keep the original offer on the table the entire time and within 10 days of all repairs and mortgage company requirements, we sold the property.
