Christie is one of the most professional and straightforward realtors our family knows. She helped us buy our dream house, and from day one, we knew she would do everything possible to make the process smooth and comfortable. It's difficult to put into words how amazing our experience has been with Jessica. We not only live outside or Portland, we live outside of the US and her dedication and professionalism is unmatched. In addition to project managing repairs that were required to even put the house on the market, we got near full price offer within 60 days. But then a huge ice storm ripped through Portland and cause $70k worth of flood damage. Jessica also project managed the repairs and coordinated contractors, insurance, realtors, HOA and others. She saved us at least $30k with her diligent negotiating and oversight. Any other realtor would have bolted (in fact one gave up after 30 days). And to top it all off, she managed to keep the original offer on the table the entire time and within 10 days of all repairs and mortgage company requirements, we sold the property. We recommend Jessica Nieto for all of your real estate needs. No job is too big for her and she will not disappoint.
