Extensive experience in New Construction, knowledgeable in the new Tile 24 code .

I can't express my satisfaction with Erica and her knowledge of new construction. Her knowledge to on Title 24 codes made it easier to explain to potential buyers what they were buying and to reassure them about the advantages of buying a new construction house over a pre-existing house. She was willing to go beyond what I expected and had previously experienced as a buyer and seller. Will definitely be using her as well as recommending her to everyone I know.
