Working with him was very hard. He was very unprofessional and very rude. His broker was very rude used inappropiate language. Made the whole buying experience very stressfull and sad. Sold us a pest infested house and both said that this was a normal thing in Bakersfield and that all houses have cockroaches in them. Being a first time home buyer and with a small child and a baby on the way this process was very hard on us. He made me feel like I was stupid and was waisting his time because like he said to me, he sells a house everyday and is very busy. Over all it was one of the worst experiences I have had to go through which is sad because you want your first home buying experience to be a great one.
