Greg was very helpful and made my sales experience quick and easy. He's very detail oriented and stays ahead of the process. There were no surprises and Greg exceeded my expectations as an agent.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg for two real estate transactions, first as a buyer and then as a seller. Both experiences were extremely positive and I highly recommend him for all your real estate needs. As a buyers agent, he provided outstanding service helping me find the best home for my family. Greg knows every neighborhood in Bakersfield and knows which builders are of high quality and which ones to stay away from. He guides you through the home selection process without being pushy or using any high pressure tactics. He makes sure you understand the full potential of a property to ensure you make a sound investment. His deep experience negotiating through the escrow process is invaluable and make for a very smooth process. As a selling agent he does an outstanding job helping you prepare your home for the current market trends. I never thought selling a home would be so easy but working with Greg made the process seamless. Again, no high pressure tactics, just a very balanced perspective to help you make the best decisions. Greg is a great person and a great person to work with and hopefully will get to work with him again in the future.

Greg helped me through a difficult time of selling my parents home after they passed. The house needed a lot of work before we could put it in the market and I did not know where to begin. Fortunately, I made the right phone call to Greg as he immediately jumped in and took care of everything. The house sold within 3 days of putting it on the market which was my previous experience with Greg. My son and daughter had the same experience with Greg when they were buying and/or selling their homes. He is honest and has integrity and I will continue to trust his advice and guidance on future real estate transactions.
