Alex was so awesome on being patient while we had to wait for our lease to be up. When we were ready to look again it was as if we all got right down to business. We wanted to be in the Oleander neighborhood and we got it! We are very excited to work on our fixer upper and can’t wait to show off all of the improvements we do to it.
