Alex was so awesome on being patient while we had to wait for our lease to be up. When we were ready to look again it was as if we all got right down to business. We wanted to be in the Oleander neighborhood and we got it! We are very excited to work on our fixer upper and can’t wait to show off all of the improvements we do to it. Alex was really easy to work with as well. He would take ideas we gave him and add to them or make sure that we got to see the ones we wanted to.

Alex always made us feel like we were his #1 priority. He was accessible and prompt never leaving our questions or concerns unresolved. Alex took time to learn our family dynamics, needs and dreams. He used this info to rally the perfect dream team and now our dream is a reality. Alex truly understands what it takes to provide excellent customer service.

Thank you Alex for being so awesome at what you do. From beginning to end, Alex was there every step of the way. He was available to take my calls, texts and answer all my questions. I will definitely be contacting him in the future!

So I randomly met Alex at an open house, over the summer and when I ended up actually starting my home search, I remembered how much I really liked him in comparison to others. He was honest, warm and genuine. So I contacted him and he set me up with Manny (Emmanuel Duran, also amazing) to get prequalified and the journey began. I expressed what I wanted in a home and Alex was always happy to give a showing and provide me honest feedback. I wanted to live my "HGTV" dreams and knock down walls but Alex was a voice of reason, and thank God because I don't have the time for that😅. Anyways he suggested a home I didn't think I'd have a chance at and now I have the keys in my pocket. His patience and care is beyond what anyone could ask for, it was evident he had no intention to simply find me a house to get paid, but to ensure I find the perfect home, which he did. I couldn't be happier or more blessed to have met Alex, nor can I say would have the lovely home I have today if it weren't for him (and Manny of course). I'm beyond grateful and Alex is 100% invited to the carne asada and will be receiving Christmas cards for years to come!
