She is not a pushy agent at all and will do her research well in the neighborhood you’re selling your home. Then she will give you her recommendation of what u should list your home. If u want to list your home a lil above what she recommends that she has compared from homes near you. She will not have a problem doing, but she is pretty much on point what it’s worth. She was able to sell my home in less than 2 months when I seen other homes in my neighborhood for over 4 months. She is very persistent on having open house and I think that’s what sold my home fast.
