My experience with Vanessa was great from beginning to end. She is very knowledgeable is her field of work. She is not a pushy agent at all and will do her research well in the neighborhood you’re selling your home. Then she will give you her recommendation of what u should list your home. If u want to list your home a lil above what she recommends that she has compared from homes near you. She will not have a problem doing, but she is pretty much on point what it’s worth. She was able to sell my home in less than 2 months when I seen other homes in my neighborhood for over 4 months. She is very persistent on having open house and I think that’s what sold my home fast. Vanessa is also very quick to answer any questions or concerns. And just very kind person good hearted person always smiling in good mood

I had originally started looking for a home with Vanessa in 2021/22 but the timing just wasn’t right. She was understanding and didn’t pressure me. This year, the timing fell into place and after only seeing a couple houses, she found the right place for me. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions which she answered without judgement and lots of patience. Thank you Vanessa for making the house buying process easier.
