He helped me negotiate concessions with the buyer and with the seller of the home I was buying which at the end saved me thousands of dollars. With my first purchase, we looked at half a dozen places together and I remember him coaching me toward the right homes/areas and away from properties, that looking back after owning a home, had way too many problems to be smart purchases. My wife and I both loved working with Pat. We can’t say enough good things about him.
