Dear Jerry, There are no words of more sincere gratitude that we could express than, ‘Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!’ Jerry, with your welcoming demeanor and warm-hearted personality, you made us feel like we were talking to family from day one. You were always someone who treated us with the upmost respect and you were extremely honest about how things were looking throughout our year-and-a-half long home search. Unlike other agents that we met along the way, you weren’t just in it for the sale or trying to go higher to make extra percent points. You really looked at each house with us in great detail, took your time to make sure all our questions were covered, and offered great advice. We never felt rushed and always felt like we were in great hands after every meeting with you. You also really got to know our likes and dislikes so that you could help guide us to the right decisions for our future and we are ever so grateful! We appreciate you so much for going the extra mile for us on every step of our home buying journey in these precarious times. We could not have done this without you and we are so grateful for your assistance, patience and expertise. You even helped gather quotes immediately when working through our repairs request and even after our close, you still helped organize dates and times for those repairs to get completed. For us being first time home buyers, your endless help was a true blessing that we had never envisioned coming to us! Thank you so much again for everything and for being such a ‘grooOoovy’ real estate mentor to us. We are extremely grateful to have worked with you as our agent and we’re also happy to have gained a friendship out of this as well! Sincerely, Austin, Carolyn, & Nala Auger

Jerry sold my condo within a week of listing well above asking. He was respectful of the tenants and helped notifying them and with continued communication. Through no fault to Jerry, there was one roadblock after another with the buyers realtor not responding, repairs that needed done, a complete teardown and rebuild of one room, deeds that weren't filed properly in the past, a tenant not moving out on time, etc. Throughout it all Jerry was on top of each step, pushing through assertively, calling the other realtor and loan officer endlessly until he got favorable responses, emailing the title company dealing with each new issue immediately, keeping me informed and giving expert advise, he recommended the best handyman, negotiated changes in the sell terms, even paid for a loan extension when the repairs weren't done in time. He is definitely the Realtor you want on your side. Genuinely, the best, most honest and hardworking person that went above and beyond the call of duty.

Jerry is the best Realtor we have worked with by far. We truly appreciate his honesty and loyalty to his clientele. From the get-go, his impressive work ethics were evident as he immediately went to work. We will always be in his debt for helping make our dream come true in finding our first home together. He was always a pleasure to meet with. His sense of humor created a positive and welcoming atmosphere. we appreciated his professionalism and his pleasant caring nature. Thank you for all that you do!
