She was able to patiently explain and map out the procedures and timelines to accomplish these sales in a timely manner. She moved everything along at the right pace and kept negotiations moving without the confusion that can be caused by multiple sales. I am not easily impressed; however, she continued to surprise me with how hard she worked getting tradesmen and staging the homes just right. She was always available to thoroughly explain my questions and discuss strategies together to determine the best course of action. During one of the sales an issue arose due to the buyer’s indecision. Ghada helped me see that the best action was to move on and seek another buyer and I have not regretted it. Jeff was tasked to sell our beach house located in Ventura. My brother (in Montana) and I (in Arizona) pretty much left it to him to manage everything. A small cottage on the water built in 1963 and owned by our family since 1966, he understood the area, handled the marketing and made suggestions to help showcase the home to its advantage.
