We are very pleased with the excellent experience we had having Monique as our agent. After explaining our situation and what we were thinking about getting,Monique knew exactly what would work for us. Proving that she’s a great listener and takes her clients’ needs seriously. Because of Monique’s many years as a realtor, she has forged many connections with trustworthy professionals in adjacent fields which proved to be advantageous for us. Throughout our escrow journey, there were some roadblocks and challenges where Monique’s dedication and experience were evident. I appreciated the way she made herself available by communicating with us consistently and explaining real estate concepts and situations patiently with reassurance. In the end we succeeded with attaining our dream beach home due to Monique’s dillegence, gracefulness is doing business, and Loyalty. We felt that she really had our back till the end and beyond. I look forward to working with Monique in the future and would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to her.

I cannot speak highly enough of Claudio De Medeiros and his handling of the estate sale and house sale for me. From providing advice on pre-sale repairs/preparations, to Open Houses, through negotiations and closing escrow he was a pleasure to work with. Before I hired him for the estate sale I spoke with 3 other companies. I checked many of his references, all of whom were very pleased. It was because of my satisfaction with the estate sale that I proceeded with the house sale. I highly recommend him for both estate and home sales.
